Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Together Summit website and your registration for and attendance at the AI Together Summit (“the Summit”), organized by Kynex and the Carolinas LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce (“we,” “us,” or “the Organizers”). By using this site, registering, or attending, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register.

Tickets & registration

Registration and payment for the Summit are handled through our third-party registration platform. A ticket grants the named holder admission to the Summit sessions and areas designated for that ticket type on October 6–7, 2026 at the Parr Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Tickets are for individual use, are tied to the registered attendee, and may not be resold. Badges and any credentials issued at the event remain our property and must be presented for entry. We may refuse admission to, or remove, any person who cannot present valid credentials or who violates these Terms or the Code of Conduct below.

Refund policy

Except where required by law, refunds are handled through the registration platform on the following schedule:

  • Full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before the event.
  • 50% refund if you cancel 14–29 days before the event.
  • No refund for cancellations within 14 days of the event, or for no-shows.

Registrations are transferable to another person at no charge up until the event begins—contact us to arrange a transfer. Third-party processing fees may be non-refundable. If the Summit is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will be honored for the new dates. If the Summit is canceled by the Organizers, registered attendees will receive a refund of the ticket price paid, excluding any non-refundable processing fees.

Code of conduct

The Summit is dedicated to a harassment-free, inclusive experience for everyone—regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior in any form, whether in person, in the event app, or in any Summit-related channel. Anyone asked to stop such behavior is expected to comply immediately. We may warn, remove, or ban—without refund—any attendee, speaker, sponsor, or exhibitor who violates this Code of Conduct. To report a concern during the event, contact event staff or email dev@kynexpro.com.

Communications consent

By providing your contact information on this site or during registration—including your name, email address, and phone number—you agree that Kynex and the Carolinas LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce, and parties acting on their behalf, may contact you about the Summit and related programs, updates, and offers. These communications may be made by email, text message (SMS/MMS), and telephone call, and may be delivered by our staff and/or by automated, pre-recorded, or artificial-intelligence (AI) systems. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of buying any ticket or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP (reply HELP for help), and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Site content & intellectual property

The AI Together Summit name, logo, site design, and content are owned by the Organizers or their licensors. Interactive demonstrations on this site—including the Playground, badge generator, and showcase reels—are provided for illustration and entertainment; their outputs are pre-generated or generated on your own device and are offered “as is.” You may not copy, scrape, or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Trademarks of Microsoft, Kynex, and other third parties are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and the Summit are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or attendance at the Summit. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Summit will not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket. You attend the Summit at your own risk and are responsible for your personal belongings. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Summit will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised Terms on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the change. Your continued use of the site or attendance at the Summit after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
